I have found Boyd's Tire & Service Center to be the best car repair center I have ever interacted with. They are open and honest with you the customer and have always gone out of their way to get me the best price possible. Most places I have been try to nickle and dime you at every turn but I have not found this to be the case with Boyd's. My wife and I both own hybrid cars and have taken both vehicles to Boyd's for large repair jobs. The repairs have always been completed with excellence and in a very timely fashion. If you are looking for a garage that combines quality of work with trustworthy customer service I would highly recommend Boyd's!

I bought the tire warranty and had to ask if there was any paperwork I needed. I was given a folder. When I looked at it at home, I discovered that it had space for "validation stamp" and needed an "authorized signature". I went back the next day and the warranty paperwork was completed. I think it should have been completed for me prior to leaving when the tires were installed.
Other then this issue, the installation was done to my satisfaction.

As a woman, I know my limitations when it comes to the automotive world. I do not like walking into a situation where I feel I could be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge in that area. It's hard to find a garage that you feel treats you fairly, does good work, and is as trustworthy as you guys are! Even though I moved away from your side of town, I won't go anywhere else. I feel like I get dealt with honestly, and that the work is high quality and at great prices.

The front office personnel are consistently cheerful to help, informative, and friendly. I've witnessed office staff going well above and beyond to help other customers. The mechanics performing the work are capable, knowledgeable, and generally pretty fast. I continue to recommend Boyd's whenever I'm asked where I have my car serviced.
