One if most important maintenances for summer is an oil change. Dramatic temperature changes can put a lot of stress on your engine oil. It’s important to make sure you have the proper oil for warm temperatures. Your engine oil keeps your vehicle cool and lubricates the moving parts inside your engine.

Your tires are also affected by temperature change. Not to mention the abuse from winter roads. Now is the time to consider several things when it comes to your tires. Switching to a summer tire from your winter tire, examining your dread depth, sidewalls, and checking your wheel alignment. Winter roads can be rough with potholes, sliding on ice, and driving over snow. Your wheel alignment can get out of whack. Make sure you have it checked.

Car batteries usually only last about 3- 5 years. Cold temperatures can sap the strength right out of your car battery and dramatic temperature changes can cause problems too. Having your battery voltage checked is quick, easy, and worth it.

Traveling for vacation should be fun, that’s why air conditioning is a must. Don’t wait for your air conditioning to fail, come in and have your cabin temperature measured, belts and hoses inspected, and compressor checked.
