Vehicle Drop-Off in Ohio

At Boyd's Tire we are all about convenience for our customers.  We offer customer vehicle drop-off so that we can do the work for you while you go about your day.  

What does this mean for our customers in Columbus, Westerville, Blacklick, Marysville, Lewis Center, and Hilliard, Ohio? 

Here are some FAQ's about our vehcile drop-off service so that you can know what to expect and be informed before dropping off your vehicle with us.

Q.  Are COVID procedures being applied to dropped off vehicles?

A.  Yes!  We are applying our COVID vehcile procedures to all vehicles that are services at our shop regardless of whether or not they are dropped off.  You can learn more about the standards that we have in place by checking out our COVID-19 Shop Precautions page.

Q.  Is the vehicle drop-off regulated to same day services only?

A.  Absolutely not!  We understand that your vehicle won't always need the small services like an oil change or tire rotation.  When you drop of your vehicle we will work with you to get a list of items you need for your vehicle and get them taken care of.  But remember, if it's a bigger repair it may take more than a day so please make sure that you have arrangements for transpertation while we are repairing your vehicle.

Q.  Are there any service type exclusions where vehicle drop-off is not an option?

A.  Nope!  No matter what kind of repairs you need, from general auto repair to  tires and installation, you can drop-off your vehicle to have it done.

Q.  Is there any paperwork that has to be filled out when I drop-off my vehicle?

A.  There is no paperwork that you need to fill out.  We will enter your information into our system so that we can contact you during the repair process, if needed, and when your vehicle is ready for you to pick up.

Q.  How does the process work if I drop-off my vehicle to be repaired?

A.  The process for you is easy.  Come in to any of our locations to talk to one of our service team members and we will get your vehicle on the list for repairs.

Q.  What are my options if I can't drop-off my vehicle during normal business hours?

A.  It's okay if you can't come in and see us during our normal hours to drop-off your vehicle.  Everyone is busy and we understand!  We offer an overnight or early bird drop-off at all of our locations.  If you need to use this service here is what you will do.

•  Come to any Boyd's Tire & Service location
•  Grab one of our drop-off envelopes
•  Fill out your information on the envelope
•  Lock your car and drop your keys in the envelope.
•  Place the envelope through the mail slot on the first bay door.

That's it!  We'll contact you the following day and take care of the rest. 

Q.  Are you offering any form of shuttle service if I drop-of my vehicle?

A.  Unfortunately, No.  At this time we are not able to offer any form of shuttle services due to the need for social distancing.  Please make arrangements with a friend or family member to pick you up after you drop-off your vehicle and to come pick it up after repairs are complete.  We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes our customers.
